We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options both on our website and in the hotels. For prepaid bookings, we also offer Apple Pay.

We do not accept American Express as a payment option, but we do accept it as a guarantee on our website.

Cash payment is accepted across all of our hotels (except for Citybox Helsinki and Citybox Stockholm), but you need a valid credit or debit card as a guarantee. This card doesn’t get charged (unless something unexpected happens); It’s primarily intended for security reasons.
