Citybox Helsinki offers accessible rooms designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility or other accessibility needs. These rooms come with step-free entry, wider doors, roll-in showers with grab bars and a shower chair, and lower sinks and fittings. The whole hotel — including the lobby and lifts are wheelchair friendly. We don’t have our own parking, but there are accessible spots nearby. Service animals are of course always welcome.
