Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay (by request) until 14:00 for free in a double room if you are a Citybox Friend. If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room in the lobby.

You can also go by train. Take the subway from Slussen to T-central (5 min), then go by Arlanda Express train from the Central station to the airport (20 min) You buy your ticket on their website or next to the train at track 1-2 before your trip.
Yes! Our luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after check-out. Simply use the terminals to get a keycard for the luggage room. Please note that luggage is stored at the guest’s own risk. And as always, if you need help ask our hosts at the hotel!

The ID verification process is quick and easy! Simply scan your ID at our self-service check-in terminal upon arrival.
If you need to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundromat located on the second floor. Laundry detergent is included in the price and is dispensed automatically by the machine. The cost is 50 SEK per wash, and 50 SEK for the dryer, regardless of the program. We accept card payments only. The laundromat is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
