We are looking for hosts for Citybox Helsinki!

Citybox Helsinki is a modern hotel without a traditional front desk. Our guests check in and out themselves using self-service kiosks, but our friendly and service-oriented staff are always on hand at the hotel and ready to assist whenever needed. 

The hotel consists of 178 guest rooms and two meeting rooms, centrally located in Hakaniemi.
Precisely because we don’t have a traditional front desk, we don’t have receptionists, we have Citybox Hosts. 

We are now looking for more hosts with a twinkle in their eye: We are seeking hosts/receptionists to work primarily mornings and evenings with the possibility of some night shifts. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis!

The primary work location is the hotel’s reception office (Host Office), but you’ll be expected to be flexible and assist in other departments when needed.

We are looking for hosts for part time and permanent positions

Responsibilities

• Checking incoming bookings and managing the hotel’s arrivals and departures.

• Customer contact and assistance via email, chat, and phone.

• Serving as the hotel’s public face for our guests.

• Ongoing communication and planning with the hotel’s housekeeping department.
 
• Monitoring and inspection of the hotel’s security and fire systems.
• Tallying reconciliation
• Assisting with Housekeeping tasks and running errands
• Other reception duties.
