Price guarantee on double rooms in Kristiansand

To celebrate the opening of our brand-new hotel in Kristiansand, Citybox is introducing a Best Price Guarantee on double rooms – all summer long.

How it works

From June 2 to August 10, 2025, we guarantee that no hotel with three stars or more in central Kristiansand will offer a lower rate on a standard double room than Citybox.

And if you somehow manage to find a better price (which, honestly, we don’t think you will), we’ll match it!

 

How to claim the guarantee

1. Book your double room directly on cityboxhotels.com
2. If you find a lower ordinary price for the same dates and room type at another hotel in central Kristiansand (3 stars or more), contact us
3. Send a screenshot showing the lower price and booking details to citybox@cityboxhotels.com 
4. We’ll verify the claim and adjust your rate

Simple. Fair. And highly unlikely that you’ll need it.

 

The not so fine print: 

• Valid for double rooms only
• Applies to hotels with three stars or more in central Kristiansand
• The comparison must be for the same dates, room type, and number of guests
• Only valid for ordinary rates (not applicable to member discounts, corporate rates, flash sales, or package deals)
• The stay must take place between June 2 and August 10, 2025
• Booking must be made directly via cityboxhotels.com
