Are you our new Host at Citybox Stockholm?
Citybox will open its first hotel in Sweden this summer, located by Slussen in the heart of Södermalm. 104 newly designed hotel rooms created by our own interior architects will soon be ready for our guests. We are now looking for staff for our Host department. We need those who like to work at night, someone skilled in social media, and several who just love the service profession.
Citybox likes design and new technology. We developed and launched our own check-in terminals in 2024, and we are very proud. Most of our guests check in themselves, and as a Host, it is your mission to welcome our guests and be at hand throughout their stay without getting stuck behind the screen. Citybox Stockholm does not have a restaurant, but that doesn’t matter. We are happy to recommend our favorites from outside the box.

Citybox opened its doors in Bergen in 2006, but a lot has happened since then. From starting as a small hotel in Bergen, we soon have hotels in 5 countries and several cities – and more to come!

What we are looking for
- An open mind and a will to learn.
- You are proactive and enjoy working independently.
- Good at communicating both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
- Experience with PMS systems is advantageous but not a requirement.
