Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay until 13:00 for free. It’s an extra €15 per hour if you want to stay longer (until 15:00). If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room.

Unfortunately, we don’t have our own parking facilities, but you can park in “Parking Antwerp Shopping” which is on the same street as the hotel. Happy parking!

Yes! Our luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after check-out. Just ask our hosts at the hotel, and they will help you out!

We have free Wi-Fi for all our guests; no secret codes or passwords are required! Just connect and surf away.

Citybox is within walking distance from Antwerp Central Station. Take the train from whichever airport you land in, and you can walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. The prices will vary depending on the season and availability. You can also travel by taxi, but the train is both faster, cheaper and better for the environment!

After you book your stay, you will receive a booking confirmation, including a booking number. When you check in, type in your booking number on our check-in terminal, make your payment, and you will receive your key card and room number.

When checking out, type in your booking reference, and leave your key card in the box next to the terminal.

You can bring your furry family member for an extra 15€/150NOK/150SEK per night; just let us know in advance. We can’t wait to have them stay with us! We do love all animals, but we must put a leash on it and stick to only one dog or cat per room.

No need to worry about locking up when you head out; our doors automatically lock when you leave. To play it extra safe, you can also lock your door from the inside.

First off, we are super happy that you’d like to book a stay with us! Unfortunately, you must be over 18 years old to check into Citybox without adult supervision. But don’t worry; we’ll be here waiting for you! 

We may be budget-friendly, but we don’t skimp on the essentials! Leave your towels and sheets at home; we’ve got you covered.

At Citybox Hotels, we believe in making sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That’s why all our rooms are equipped with a comfy bed, a desk and chair, and a modern bathroom with soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Some of the rooms also have a small seating area for you to kick back and relax and make yourself at home.

They are amazing, right? We get our beds from www.hildinganders.com which usually only delivers to hotels. However, they carry different brands, and the Jensen bed would be equivalent to the beds we have at the hotel.

If you need to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundromat located on the second floor. Laundry detergent is included in the price and goes into the machine automatically. The price for one wash is €4, and 30 minutes in the dryer is €0,50. We accept card payments only. 

Of course! Extra towels, a water kettle, and extra pillows are available in our Citybox Host Office on the ground floor.

Yes, Belgian tap water is considered completely safe to drink!

Yes! Velo Antwerp has city bikes placed all over the city. The closest station to our hotel is only a 2-minute walk. You can find more information on how it works, including a map of all the stations in the city, at velo-antwerpen.be.

We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options both on our website and in the hotels. We also offer Apple Pay for prepaid bookings.

We do not accept American Express as a payment option nor as a guarantee in Antwerp.

Cash payment is accepted across all of our hotels (except Citybox Helsinki), but you need a valid credit or debit card as a guarantee. This card doesn’t get charged (unless something unexpected happens); It’s primarily intended for security reasons.

Short answer: No. However, TVs can be found in the common room on the ground floor. We have free (and fast) Wi-Fi so that you can stream Netflix in your room on your laptop or iPad!
