Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay (by request) until 14:00 for free in a double room if you are a Citybox Friend. If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room in the lobby.
Copenhagen Airport is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to catch an early flight or arrive without the hassle of public transport.
If you prefer not to walk, Kastrup Metro Station is just a few minutes away and takes you to the airport in one stop.
Yes. To comply with local regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID when checking in. This is a standard requirement for hotels and accommodation providers and applies at all Citybox hotels.
The ID verification process is quick and easy! Simply scan your ID at our self-service check-in terminal upon arrival.

That’s why all our rooms are equipped with a comfy bed, a desk and chair, and a modern bathroom with soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Some of the rooms also have a small seating area for you to kick back and relax and make yourself at home.
Of course! Extra towels, a water kettle, and extra pillows are available in our Citybox Host Office on the ground floor.

If you’re looking for a larger beach, Amager Strandpark is just a few metro stops away and offers several kilometers of sandy beaches, walking paths, and water sports.
Yes! Kastrup Strandpark is just a short walk from the hotel and is perfect for a morning run, an evening stroll, or simply relaxing by the water. The area features walking paths, green spaces, benches, and beautiful views across the Øresund.
TV is available along with books and board games on the ground floor. We do have free (and fast) Wi-Fi so you can stream Netflix in your room on your laptop or iPad!
If you’re looking for a more nature-focused experience, Kalvebod Fælled on Amager offers several walking and hiking trails through open landscapes, wetlands, and forests, just a short metro ride from the hotel.
