With waffles on every corner and locals switching between French, Dutch, and English with ease, Brussels is full of surprises, and we think you’re going to love it.

All you need to know

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay (by request) until 14:00 for free in a double room if you are a Citybox Friend. If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room in the lobby.

From Brussels Airport Zaventem, you can hop on the train headed to Brussels Midi/Zuid Station. Upon arrival, take metro line 2 or 6 towards Elisabeth and get off at Louise Station. From there, Citybox is just a 5-minute walk away. The journey is to take about 45-50 minutes.

For those arriving at Brussels South Charleroi Airport, a direct shuttle bus service by Flibco connects you to Brussels Midi/Zuid Station. Once at the station, take metro line 2 or 6 towards Elisabeth and get off at Louise Station. Citybox is then a 5-minute walk away. This journey takes around 1 hour and a half.

These are both the easiest and the most sustainable choices when traveling from the airport to our hotel.

Yes! Our luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after check-out. Simply use the terminals to get a keycard for the luggage room. Please note that luggage is stored at the guest’s own risk. And as always, if you need help ask our hosts at the hotel!

Breakfast is not included, but you can easily add it to your stay when booking. Breakfast is served at Brød Louise, our partner café on the ground floor right next to the hotel entrance.

Brød is all about freshly baked bread, pastries, great coffee, and tasty sandwiches, with everything you need for a good start to the day. Breakfast is served daily from 07:00–10:30, and the café stays open until 15:00.

Prefer to do your own thing? Our guest kitchen is available if you want to prepare your own breakfast or keep things simple with something you’ve picked up nearby.

On-site parking is available for just €20 per 24 hours (subject to availability). Please ring the bell upon arrival. Payment is made at check-in. Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 1.75m.

Yes. To comply with local regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID when checking in. This is a standard requirement for hotels and accommodation providers and applies at all Citybox hotels.

The ID verification process is quick and easy! Simply scan your ID at our self-service check-in terminal upon arrival.
