Vinbaren på Mølla is a summer-open natural wine bar and restaurant tucked into the old mill at Grim. We love it for its rustic riverside setting, curious guest chefs, relaxed long-table dinners and wines that make you say “hm, interesting” in the best possible way. The menu changes with the season, the people in the kitchen and whatever good ingredients are around, so every visit feels a little bit like a one-night-only happening.
