Barbara is a restaurant and natural wine bar. The entire menu is inspired by different parts of the world, and the dishes are meant to be shared so that the whole experience can be enjoyed with others. 



Half the menu consists of pizzas. The doughs are made from Estonian and Italian flours, and baked in a Gianni Acunto wood-fired oven.

A cozy cafe with a pleasant interior located on the first floor of Tallinna Kaubamaja. Here you will find a variety of people, from students to people working remotely. The café has a wide selection of wines and several tasty dishes that changes almost daily. 



You&#8217;ll also find tempting and &#8220;instagrammable&#8221; cupcakes made on the spot. We recommend the Apple and Curd Cheese cupcake if you&#8217;re looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

Fotografiska is an international photo museum where world-class photography, honest and delicious food, and an open mindset meet. The house has three to four different exhibitions simultaneously. Munga Kelder

The Estonian Museum of Architecture has a permanent exhibition of the models of the city, providing an overview of Estonian architecture in the 20th century. The museum is located in Rotermann salt storage, which is over 100 years old and one of the most remarkable examples of industrial architecture in Tallinn. The museum is only a 2min walk from the hotel.

The most exquisite new Asian fusion restaurant with a crazy amazing interior and an authentic top chef from Thailand is running the show. A must for foodies and design fans.



The Thai Chef Khampan is sharp in cuttings and laying and will make your tastebuds go crazy!

Rukis have their own bakery and confectionery, managed by master bakers. We recommend starting your morning there. Each morning, their rooms are filled with the smell of fresh bread and coffee.

Can I get extra towels?

Cleaning will be done on the departure of the guest(s) but not during short stays unless cleaning has specifically been booked and paid for by the guest(s). During longer stays, the rooms will be cleaned once a week.

Does my room get cleaned every day?

We have free Wi-Fi for all our guests; no secret codes or passwords are required! Just connect and surf away.

Does your hotel have Wi-Fi?

We may be budget-friendly, but we don’t skimp on the essentials! Leave your towels and sheets at home; we’ve got you covered.

Should I bring my own sheets? 

At Citybox Hotels, we believe in making sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That’s why all our rooms are equipped with a comfy bed, a desk and chair, and a modern bathroom with soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Some of the rooms also have a small seating area for you to kick back and relax and make yourself at home.

What does my room include?

They are amazing, right? We get our beds from <a href="http://www.hildinganders.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.hildinganders.com</a> which usually only delivers to hotels. However, they carry different brands, and the Jensen bed would be equivalent to the beds we have at the hotel.

Where are the beds from?

Unfortunately, we don’t have our own parking facilities, but parking is available in the EuroPark parking zone (EP42) next to the hotel. The price is 4 €/24 hours. 



Also, there is a possibility to park in a garage under our hotel. Download an app from Google Play/App Store named SNABB (Barking), and choose Porto Franco, Laeva 1.



NB! You need to make a user and insert your credit card details for the payment. The price is 5,70 €/24 hours.

Where can I park my car?

We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options both on our website and in the hotels. For prepaid bookings we also offer Apple Pay. 



We do not accept American Express as a payment option, but we do accept it as a guarantee on our website. 



Cash payment is accepted across all of our hotels, but you need a valid credit or debit card as a guarantee. This card doesn&#8217;t get charged (unless something unexpected happens); It&#8217;s primarily intended for security reasons.

Which payment options do you accept?

Yes! Our luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after check-out. Just ask our hosts at the hotel, and they will help you out!

Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

After you book your stay, you will receive a booking confirmation, including a booking number. When you check in, type in your booking number on our check-in terminal, make your payment, and you will receive your key card and room number.



When checking out, type in your room number, and leave your key card in the box next to the terminal.

How do I check in and out?

The best option to get to Citybox from Tallinn Airport is by taxi or bus. The taxi ride is usually about 15 minutes, but this may vary due to traffic conditions. Similarly, the price will be influenced by traffic conditions as well.



The bus takes around 15 minutes as well. From the airport, you can take either bus number 2 or 15, and they will take you directly to the city centre.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

No need to worry about locking up when you head out; our doors automatically lock when you leave. To play it extra safe, you can also lock your door from the inside.

How do I lock my door?

First off; we are super happy that you’d like to book a stay with us! Unfortunately, you must be over 18 years old to check into Citybox without supervision. But don’t worry; we’ll be here waiting for you!&nbsp;

How old do I have to be to stay with you?

You can bring your furry family member for an extra 15€ per night; just let us know in advance. We can’t wait to have them stay with us! We do love all animals, but we must put a leash on it and stick to only one dog or cat per room.

Can I bring my dog?

Extra bed costs €20 (baby cot for free) and must be pre-ordered by phone.

Can I have an extra bed?

TVs can be found in the common room on the third floor and on the mezzanine, alongside books, children&#8217;s games, and activities such as table tennis. We have free (and fast) Wi-Fi so that you can stream Netflix in your room on your laptop or iPad!

Does my room have a TV?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay until 13:00 for free. It’s an extra €15 per hour if you want to stay longer (until 15:00). If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room on the third floor.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

If you need to wash your clothes, there is a laundromat located on the third floor, next to the guest kitchen. Laundry detergent is included in the price and goes into the machine automatically. One wash is €10, and so is one round in the dryer. We accept card payments only.

Do you have a laundry room?

Breakfast is not included. Coffee and snacks can be purchased at the vending machines on the third floor. There we also have a guest kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, toasters, and kettles, so you are able to prepare your own breakfast. You are also welcome to buy breakfast at the restaurant&nbsp;connected to our lobby. By showing your keycard you will get a 10% discount.



If you wish to pre-order breakfast you can do it when you book your stay. The price for breakfast is 15 €/per person.
