About us: Citybox Hotels is a small high end budget hotel chain from Norway, with ambitions to increase our portfolio and become one of the leading hotel chains in the budget segment in Europe.

We are currently operating six hotels. Our headquarter is in the beautiful city of Bergen, Norway. To achieve our aims, we need several fun (and talented) people on our team, in addition to someone who has the same ambitious mindset and attitude as us! Are you our new Sales Representative?

As a brand, we see ourselves as rebels, disrupting what hotels used to be. We believe that the traditional hotel industry is outdated and old-fashioned, and we like to do things our own way.

Our guests travel a lot and often, and they prefer low prices and modern rooms, compared to paying more for services and extras that are not needed.

We are looking for a dynamic and ambition Sales Representative to drive corporate agreements for our Tallinn and Helsinki hotels. Responsibilities include proactive prospecting, booking meetings by phone and participating in site inspections. Ideal candidates are outgoing, experienced in B2B sales and thrive in structured customer development. This role is based at Citybox Tallinn with travel to Helsinki required.

You must be fluent in Finnish and Estonian both orally and in writing. Our company language is English. You recognize yourself in the company’s core values “Honest, Inclusive, Disruptive, Playful, Supportive”. You will work closely with key people at both hotels and will report directly to the Regional Manager.

What we are looking for

  • Humor (dark, and/or dry) is essential!
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience from the hotel industry is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Background from telephone sales.
  • Like working in a structured manner with a CRM solution and use Office365.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Language knowledge of Estonian, Finnish and English.
