Citybox signs agreement for second hotel project in Oslo city center

We have exciting plans in the works in the Norwegian capital! Citybox Hotels has signed an agreement for the development of a new hotel at Hausmanns gate 6, right in the heart of Oslo.

The planned hotel will be our second in Oslo, joining Citybox Oslo in Prinsens gate. With a central location, the new hotel will be built around the same Citybox concept you know today: smart solutions, comfortable beds, and a great hotel stay at a reasonable price.

More Citybox in Oslo

For us, the project is part of our continued focus on central locations in the Nordic capitals. The opportunity to develop a new hotel in an existing building in the heart of Oslo doesn’t come around every day, and Hausmanns gate 6 fits well with our plans for continued growth.

The agreement has been signed with Hausmannsgate 6 AS, part of the Median Office Holding Group. They are also looking forward to the opportunities the project could bring.

The project is still subject to the necessary government approvals and the final review of the submitted building permit application. So, we’re not quite ready to open the doors yet, but we hope to welcome even more guests to Citybox in Oslo in the future.
