All you need to know
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. If you want to stay a little longer, let us know. You can stay (by request) until 14:00 for free in a double room if you are a Citybox Friend. If you want to stay even longer, you’ll, unfortunately, need to pay for another night as we need time to clean the room before the next guest. You can store luggage with us outside of these hours in our luggage room in the lobby.

The simplest way from and to the airport is bus number 600 and from the West Harbour trams number 7 & 9. We recommend taking sustainable choices like bus or tram over a taxi. Cheaper and better for the environment!
Yes! Our luggage storage is open for all guests before check-in and after check-out. Simply use the terminals to get a keycard for the luggage room. Please note that luggage is stored at the guest’s own risk. And as always, if you need help ask our hosts at the hotel!
Breakfast can be included on your reservation. If so, this is at Cafe Roasberg. Just exit from the main entrance and walk up the hill to the side of the building to find the entrance

Yes. To comply with local regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID when checking in. This is a standard requirement for hotels and accommodation providers and applies at all Citybox hotels.
The ID verification process is quick and easy! Simply scan your ID at our self-service check-in terminal upon arrival.
If you need to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundromat located on the same level as the lobby, next to the guest kitchen. Washing detergent is included in the price, card payments only. Open 24/7
