Meetings come in all shapes and sizes. A quick catch-up with the team, a full-day workshop, a presentation for 50 people, or one of those meetings that probably could have been an email. Whatever brings everyone together, having the right space makes a difference.
That’s why several Citybox hotels have meeting rooms available for both small and large groups. And here’s the important part: you don’t need to be staying at the hotel to book one. Our meeting rooms are open to local businesses, organizations, groups, hotel guests, and anyone else in need of a good place to meet.
If there’s one thing our hotels tend to have in common, it’s a central location. And that comes in pretty handy when you’re trying to gather a group of people in one place.
In Norway, you can book meeting rooms at Citybox Oslo, Citybox Bergen City, and Citybox Kristiansand. Oslo is just a short walk from Oslo Central Station, while our Bergen and Kristiansand hotels put you right in the middle of the city. Depending on the hotel, you’ll find spaces for everything from smaller team meetings to presentations and larger gatherings.
Heading outside Norway? We also have meeting spaces at Citybox Brussels, Citybox Antwerp, and Citybox Tallinn. So whether you’re looking for a meeting room in Brussels for a workshop, gathering the team in Antwerp, or need a practical place to meet in Tallinn, there’s a Citybox option.
We like to keep hotels simple, and the same goes for meetings.
Our meeting rooms are designed to give you what you actually need: a comfortable space, practical setups, and the technology to get the meeting going. Several locations can also arrange food and drinks through our local partners, because meetings tend to go better when nobody is thinking about lunch.
The rooms and capacities vary between hotels. Some are made for smaller groups, while others can accommodate larger meetings and events. In Oslo, for example, you can choose between our Mini, Midi, and Megabox spaces, giving you options depending on how many people you’re bringing along.
And Kristiansand has a slide.
Is a slide essential meeting-room equipment? Probably not. Does it make leaving the meeting more fun? Absolutely.
You might be traveling for work and want to have your room and meeting in the same place. Very convenient. But Citybox meeting rooms aren’t reserved for hotel guests.
If your office is getting a little crowded, you need somewhere neutral to meet a client, or you simply want to get the team out of the usual surroundings for a day, you can book a meeting room without booking a hotel room.
Of course, if people are traveling in from elsewhere, having hotel rooms in the same building doesn’t exactly hurt either.
Found a Citybox that works for your next meeting? Get in touch with our Booking Department and let us know which hotel you’re interested in, your preferred date, how many people are coming, and what kind of setup you need.
We’ll help you find a space that fits.
Then all that’s left is figuring out what the meeting is actually about.
